These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the distance selling relationship between Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. and the user or customer, in accordance with applicable legislation, particularly Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Conditions. Such modifications may be carried out through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall remain binding while they are published on the site until they are validly replaced by new ones. However, Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. may apply, in certain cases, specific Terms and Conditions of Sale which shall take precedence over these General Conditions, when deemed appropriate, duly announcing them in a timely and proper manner.

The purpose of this website is Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

By using this website, the user or customer expressly declares that they are aware of, understand, and accept these Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They also declare that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity necessary to access the websites of Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. and enter into contracts through them.

It is an essential requirement to register as a website user in order to make online purchases. You can access the registration section directly on the website. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and purchase process will be included in a file under its responsibility, for the purpose of processing the user’s actions and managing subsequent operations derived from them.

Likewise, Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. informs users of their right to exercise access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Avda. de Madrid, 42 – Polígono Industrial El Raso, San Agustín del Guadalix, Madrid 28750, or by email to ventas@uniuso.com.

Unless otherwise indicated, it will be understood that the data have not been modified, that the user undertakes to notify any changes, and that consent is granted for their use to maintain the relationship between the parties.

Purchase Process

During the purchase process, you must identify yourself with your username and password. These details are not public. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and secure and must not share them with third parties.

You may modify your registered information at any time in your customer area, where you will also have access to your order history. This section is for consultation only, but you may delete records you consider unnecessary.

Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will receive confirmation by email. It is essential to provide a valid email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. via ventas@uniuso.com or the customer service phone number.

All website content is in Spanish. The customer, upon receiving the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.

Offer and Validity

If a product is on promotion, its offer price and validity period will be indicated alongside its essential characteristics.

In compliance with current legislation, Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. provides information about all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, it reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or modify products offered on its website through a simple update of content. The products offered at any given time will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at that time. The company may discontinue products without prior notice and at any time.

Essential Characteristics of Products

The products offered in the online shop include a photograph and their essential characteristics, as provided by the manufacturer. The colour of the product shown in the photograph is not binding.

Guarantees

All products offered come with the commercial guarantee of their supplier. Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. provides an after-sales service. While the guarantee is valid, the customer may use it by contacting ventas@uniuso.com or the points established by the supplier.

Prices

All products indicate their sale price in euros and do not include VAT, unless otherwise stated. If any other tax applies, it will be indicated accordingly.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. ships to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding Portugal) and covers shipping costs for orders over €460 + VAT.

For mainland deliveries, a shipping cost will be applied depending on the number of packages (see shipping cost table). Deliveries to the Balearic Islands have a different rate. The user will be informed of the cost before confirming the order.

For Portugal, IBP Uniuso covers shipping costs for orders over €600 + VAT.

Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. does not ship to the Canary Islands, although it offers the option of delivering goods to a mainland port for orders over €460 + VAT.

Payment Methods and Order Execution

The payment method for each client will be previously agreed with Inversiones Blanco París, S.L., taking into account the particularities of each case. It may be modified with prior notice when deemed appropriate by Inversiones Blanco París, S.L.

Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 72 hours from the day following its receipt.

Product availability may vary depending on demand. If a product is not available, the customer will be notified by email within a maximum period of 10 days.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Complaints

The purchaser shall have a maximum period of 30 calendar days to withdraw without penalty and without stating any reason. 90% of the purchase value will be refunded if the return is made after 30 days, and 80% if made after 90 days.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, returns of products made to the consumer’s specifications, personalised items, or goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly will not be accepted. Returns of special or customised manufacturing or clearance items will also not be accepted.

Returns

The customer must return the product to Avda. de Madrid, 42 – Polígono Industrial El Raso – San Agustín del Guadalix, Madrid 28750, without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from exercising the right of withdrawal. Return costs shall be borne by the customer.

Products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure the package is properly protected and sealed.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until the customer provides proof of return.

Return of Defective Products

If a product is defective for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer may request its return at no cost. Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. will bear the costs and replace the product with a new one. Jurisdiction

Inversiones Blanco París, S.L. reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for misuse of its website or breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the legislation in force within Spanish territory. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
